About Our Services

MAGB Transportation serves all of NW Oklahoma.  Our standard private pay fare for out-of-town trips is $1.00 per mile round trip or $1.75 per mile one way with an origination fee of $20.  Local trips are $20.  Those 60 and older can contact the MAGB office for availability of Older Americans Act funding to pay for transportation.  MedicAid patients should contact SoonerRide to schedule an appointment at 877-404-4500.  Please allow three business days notice for trip requests.

It is the policy of MAGB Transportation, Inc. to abide by all provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, 
as amended, in all of its activities, operations and relationships with and accommodations of employees, clients, customers,  and the general public.  ADA requires that no person shall, solely by reason of his/her disability, be excluded from  participation in, be denied the benefits of , or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity  undertaken by MAGB Transportation, Inc. that receives or benefits from Federal Financial Assistance.   To see our complete policy, please click here.
Notification of Rights
MAGB Transportation operates it programs and services in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act- “No person  shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be  subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance”. 

Any person who  believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with  MAGB Transportation.  For more information on the MAGB Transportation civil rights program, and the procedures to  file a complaint, contact 580-227-3374  (TDD number is 711),  or email magbtransportation@yahoo.com, or visit our administrative office at 206 E Broadway in Fairview, OK. 

A complainant may file a complaint directly with the Federal Transit Administration by  filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights, Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building,   5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20590.
